Choosing the Right Health Insurance

VISTA works with its affiliated network companies to offer the best value possible to its customers. Employer groups and individuals can choose from a number of product styles, including Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), Point of Service (POS), Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO), Medicare, Medicaid, Florida Healthy Kids, and VISTA individual plans. Plans may differ based upon location.

  • Individual Plans, HMO Benefits plans are available in differing monthly premiums and co-payment amounts. Dental and vision services are covered and while there are no deductibles, there are varying levels of maximum out-of-pocket expenses. Three levels of AccessOne coverage are available. VISTA also offers three levels of Focused Deductible plans with deductibles which vary from $1,000 to $5,000.

  • Small and Large Group Plans, VISTA offers 3 levels of HMO, POS, Open Access, and Open Access Plus Plans for employers to choose from. Copay, coinsurance, premium, and deductible amounts all vary in order to offer plenty of choices for employees to select.

  • Additional Options, VISTA also offers Vision and Dental options that can be used with other plans. Discounts can also be found on LASIK surgery and alternative medicine treatments. Depending upon location, employers may also be able to take advantage of member reimbursement programs.
