  • Individual Plans, are similar to the Employer-Sponsored Plans.
  • Medicare Plans, include local and regional Medicare Advantage PPO Plans, and the Sierra Spectrum and Sierra Nevada Spectrum programs.
  • Commercial Vision Plans, Sierra Health and Life allows contracted or non-contracted providers for their vision care service needs. Plans offer coverage for eye exams, eyeglasses and contact lenses.
  • Commercial Dental Plans, allow members to use dentists that are in or out of the network. Multiple plans are available, and most plans cover 2 exams and cleanings every 12 months.
