- HMO Plans, or SuperMed HMO and HMO Health Ohio, are health maintenance organization plans that allow the policy holder to select a primary care physician (PCP) from the plan network. All other doctors and specialists visited must be referred by the PCP.
- HSA Plans, or SuperMed One HSA and SuperMed HAS, are health savings accounts that allow the policy holder to make tax-deductible deposits for eligible medical expenditures. Members pay a higher deductible, but unused funds in the account earn interest and roll over annually.
