- Short Term PPO, a preferred provider organization plan designed to provide coverage for individuals and families expecting to be temporarily without health insurance. Members can choose from three benefit levels, and take advantage of coverage for up to six months.
- FirstChoice PPO, a preferred provider organization plan that gives members up to $500 coverage before the deductible. Members with minimal health care needs might possibly avoid health care costs for the entire year.
- SimpleChoice, a cost-saving preferred provider organization plan that offers members low out-of-pocket maximums and fixed copayment amounts.
- SmartChoice, a high-deductible preferred provider organization plan that works in conjunction with a tax-advantaged health savings account (HSA). Members can use their health savings accounts to help fund medical expenses.
