- Blue Access Saver (HSA), a tax-advantaged health savings account plan that works in conjunction with Anthem of Indiana's Blue Access preferred provider organization (PPO) plan for those who meet eligibility requirements. Members can elect a percentage copay amount that gives them the savings and level of services they know they need.
- Blue Access Economy, a plan that is as cost effective as it is with respect to caring for members' health. Members may choose from varying deductible levels, a fixed $30 copay, and discounted prescription drugs from the Anthem pharmacy. Visiting network providers means a lower out-of-pocket cost, but members also have the option of seeking attention from non-network providers.
- Blue Access, a preferred provider organization (PPO) plan that allows members to select from 3 levels of coverage, a range of deductibles, and whether or not they want prescription drug coverage.
- Blue Short Term Plan, a health care plan that provides members who are temporarily without coverage with emergency and urgent care, inpatient and outpatient visits, diagnostic services, office visits, and prescription benefits. Members who elect the Blue Short Term Plan can do so at 30 day intervals, and enjoy coverage for up to 6 months. The plan pays for 80 percent of covered services after the member's chosen deductible level has been used.
- Blue Traditional, a plan that allows members to visit their physicians and hospital facilities of choice. The plan gives members the choice between 3 levels of health coverage, varying deductible levels, and prescription coverage that can be more or less comprehensive, depending on the member's preference.
